One Appointment. Whole-Person Care.
Elizabeth Westbrook, our clinical + student intern team, and Fidelia Asante-Ansong work side by side so you don't have to choose between therapy and medication management; you get both in the same visit as needed.
Our Approach
Traditional mental health care often means juggling separate providers, separate appointments, and separate conversations that never quite connect. At The Reclaimed Collective, we built something different.
Our clinical team and Fidelia collaborate directly on client care, combining therapeutic support and medication management into one extended appointment. That means your therapist and your prescriber aren't working in silos; they're working together, with a shared understanding of your history, your goals, and what's actually helping.
The result is care that's more thorough, more connected, and more efficient. Instead of piecing together your treatment across disconnected visits, you leave with a plan that addresses the full picture — so you can spend less time managing appointments and more time back in your life.
Where specialized, trauma-focused care meets relational support.
We bring our whole selves to your care. Our therapists collaborate with Fidelia as appropriate to bring genuine presence, expertise, and investment into every session, because you deserve providers who show up fully for you.
The therapeutic alliance matters. Healing happens in relationship. Our collaborative model is built on trust, consistency, and a real connection between you and your care team — not just clinical checkboxes.
Specialized, competent care. You're not getting generalized advice — you're getting focused clinical expertise in both therapy and medication management, working in tandem toward your specific goals.
Come as you are. There's no version of yourself you need to perform here. Our approach is designed to help you feel safe, seen, and empowered to show up authentically, exactly as you are.
Rates & Equity Pricing
We believe cost should never be the reason someone goes without care. Our pricing reflects both the depth of our clinical work and our commitment to accessibility.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation - 60 minutes - $250
Medication CheckIn - 30 minutes - $150
Equity Pricing: We reserve a limited number of spots for clients facing financial barriers to care. If cost is a concern, we encourage you to reach out, no one should have to choose between mental wellness and financial stability.
Supporting equitable access isn't an add-on to our mission; it is our mission.
