Specialized Care for the Parts of Life That Feel Complicated
Not every concern fits neatly into one category. Trauma can affect intimacy. Faith can complicate identity. Betrayal can change the way you experience relationships. Parenting can feel overwhelming when your child is struggling and you're not sure what to do next.
At The Reclaimed Collective, we offer specialized mental health care for the experiences that can be difficult to explain, navigate, or bring into a traditional therapy setting.
Our work focuses on trauma, sexuality, relationships, faith, identity, and family dynamics. We approach these concerns with clinical care, curiosity, and respect for your autonomy, values, and lived experience.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, we're here to help you explore what you're experiencing and identify a path forward.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you reach out.

You are welcome whether your faith is central to your life, changing, complicated, or no longer part of your story.

We offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based trauma treatment that helps clients process distressing memories without prolonged emotional distress. ART supports healing from trauma, anxiety, and intrusive memories by helping the brain reprocess experiences in a more adaptive way.
ART is often effective for clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or retraumatized by traditional talk therapy alone.
