I’m Taylor!

I'm a graduate student at Abilene Christian University, working toward becoming a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I'm honored to walk alongside people as they navigate some of life's hardest moments.

I believe healing happens best in the context of strong, non-judgmental relationships. Whether you're a couple trying to find your way back to each other, a young person figuring out who you are, or someone caught in the exhausting cycle of anxiety and people-pleasing, I want you to know: you don't have to sort it out alone. My approach is warm, direct, and rooted in genuine curiosity about your story. I bring both a strong foundation in the human sciences and a deep commitment to my own ongoing growth, because I believe a good therapist is always still learning, too.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I practice under the clinical supervision of Emily Schupmann, Ph.D., LMFT-S, ensuring you receive thoughtful, well-supported care.

areas of clincial focus

01
Couples stuck in the same argument.
If communication has broken down, if you're talking past each other, or not talking at all, I can help you slow down, understand each other again, and rebuild trust.

02
Youth (12+) navigating big feelings.
Adolescence is hard. I create a space where young people feel genuinely heard, not judged.

03
Young adults battling anxiety and people-pleasing.
If you're exhausted from trying to keep everyone happy at the expense of yourself, we can work together to help you find your voice and reclaim your peace.

04
Teens figuring out who they are, especially those impacted by trauma.
Identity, self-worth, and healing take time and safety. I'm here to provide both.

Faith + Therapy

I am a Christian, and my faith shapes who I am. That said, therapy is your space, I will only bring faith into our sessions if you specifically ask me to. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, with respect for your beliefs and values, whatever they may be.
