access to care
At The Reclaimed Collective, we believe access to high-quality mental health care should not depend on privilege, proximity, or rigid systems. Creating pathways to care is a responsibility we take seriously — and one we continue to evaluate and expand.
We support access by offering transparent pricing, so clients know what to expect without hidden costs or confusion. We intentionally maintain sliding scale availability whenever possible to help reduce financial barriers, recognizing that access to care is not equally distributed.
We also work to increase access through multiple service locations, mini-sessions (25 min) to support clients quickly between their personal and professional demands, telehealth options when appropriate, and non-traditional scheduling, including late-evening sessions and limited weekend availability. These options are designed to support clients balancing work, caregiving, faith commitments, or other life demands.
Access is not a static goal — it’s an ongoing commitment. As a practice, we remain attentive to where barriers exist and how we can responsibly lower them while maintaining ethical, high-quality care.
Session availability
We offer therapy sessions Wednesday-Friday and one Saturday a month at this time in convenient locations including The Heights, Memorial, Richmond, and Fulshear/Katy. Virtual sessions are available for clients statewide.
session fees
Elizabeth’s schedule is intentionally limited so each client receives thoughtful, unrushed care. For this reason, payment in full is required at the time of booking your initial session. This allows us to reserve dedicated time for you and maintain the level of care our work requires.
If you need to reschedule, your session fee may be transferred to another appointment scheduled within 30 days, provided the change is made more than 24 hours before your session.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Late-canceled or missed sessions cannot be applied to future appointments.
We know life is unpredictable, and we encourage you to reach out as early as possible if something comes up. These policies help us honor your time, protect availability for others, and sustain meaningful, high-quality care.
Standard Therapy Session (50 minutes): $185
Designed for in‑depth, relational, and trauma‑informed therapeutic work. Standard therapy sessions provide consistent, focused space for relational, trauma-informed work over time. These sessions are well-suited for clients seeking ongoing support, integration, and steady progress through complex experiences.
Regular sessions allow for:Processing trauma, relational wounds, and life transitions at a sustainable paceBuilding safety, trust, and therapeutic rapportDeveloping insight, emotional regulation, and nervous system stabilityExploring identity, sexuality, faith, and relational patterns with depth and carePracticing skills and reflection between sessions with clinical guidance
This format is ideal for individuals and couples who benefit from continuity, predictability, and gradual integration rather than intensive or accelerated work.Sessions are collaborative, consent-centered, and paced to support long-term healing — not quick fixes.
Mini Therapy Session (25 minutes): $95
Mini sessions are ideal for focused support, and serve to meet a need for those with busy schedules who want to prioritize mental health care but have limited time available.
These sessions include:
Check-ins during ongoing therapy
Skill reinforcement or nervous system regulation work
Processing a specific stressor or decision
Continuity of care during demanding seasons
Mini sessions are not intended to replace full sessions for complex trauma or couples work, but can be a supportive option when appropriate.
ART Trauma Session (100 min) $350
It is our practice policy and clinical belief that ART sessions are reserved for clients who have had a minimum of three standard therapy sessions
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a trauma-focused, evidence-based approach designed to help the brain and nervous system using bottom up processing to heal from distressing experiences without requiring clients to relive or verbally recount traumatic events in detail. An ART session is structured, contained, and collaborative. Using gentle eye movements combined with guided imagery, ART helps reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic memories while allowing the facts of the experience to remain intact. Clients remain fully present, in control, and aware throughout the session.ART is especially helpful for individuals who feel stuck in talk therapy, experience intrusive memories, body-based reactions, or emotional flooding, or who want relief without repeated retelling of painful events. What ART Sessions Focus On:
ART sessions may support healing from:Single-incident or complex traumaSexual trauma and assaultBetrayal trauma and relational injuryReligious or spiritual traumaMedical trauma, grief, or distressing life events
The work often includes reducing physiological reactivity, resolving images or sensations stored in the body, and supporting integration rather than avoidance.
Intensives for couples or individuals (up to 200 minutes/day on weekends by request) $200/50 min
re:co offers clinically designed intensive curricula, developed by Elizabeth Westbrook, LCSW, to support individuals and couples who need extended time, structure, and intentional space to work through deep and complex hurts or life experiences.
These intensives are designed for clients who want to supplement ongoing therapy or who recognize that weekly sessions alone may not provide sufficient containment or momentum for the work they need to do.
Sexual Reconnection Intensive
This curriculum supports individuals and couples seeking to rebuild safety, intimacy, and connection following sexual trauma, betrayal, medical experiences, religious shame, or prolonged disconnection from their bodies or one another.
This intensive focuses on:
Reestablishing bodily safety, consent, and agency
Addressing sexual shame, fear responses, and avoidance
Supporting reconnection to desire and pleasure at a sustainable pace
Repairing relational ruptures impacting intimacy
Developing shared language and expectations around sexuality
Work is trauma-informed, non-performative, and grounded in respect for autonomy, pacing, and nervous system safety.
Communication & Relational Repair Intensive
This curriculum is designed for individuals and couples navigating high-conflict dynamics, emotional shutdown, betrayal, or chronic misunderstanding.
This intensive focuses on:
Identifying and interrupting reactive communication cycles
Increasing emotional regulation during conflict
Building clear, honest, and boundaried communication
Supporting trust repair following relational injury
Creating sustainable patterns for ongoing connection
This work emphasizes accountability, clarity, and safety — without rushing reconciliation or forcing resolution.
How Intensives Are Structured
Intensives combine extended session time with guided reflection, refreshments, meticulously curated to support dietary restrictions, structured exercises, and between-session integration. They are intentionally designed to create depth and momentum while honoring the need for regulation, rest, and processing.
Intensives may be recommended by your therapist or explored collaboratively to determine clinical fit.
