for students + professionals

re:co consulting is designed for mental health professionals, including social workers, therapists, and students, who want to show up boldly, navigate competitive or rigid spaces, integrate faith and values into their practice, and overcome imposter syndrome or confidence gaps. It’s also ideal for seasoned professionals looking to clarify their voice or explore nontraditional professional growth strategies.

what’s the difference between therapy and consulting?

it’s focused on your professional growth, not a diagnosis. We won’t sort out your family of origin struggles and curate a treatment plan for anxiety, either. While therapy explores emotions, relationships, and healing, consulting helps you clarify your direction, navigate workplace dynamics, and show up more confidently in your career. Think of it as guidance with a strategy, focused on where you are now, where you want to go, and how to bridge that gap with clarity and confidence.

How long are sessions?

Sessions begin at 50 minutes and can go up to 200 minutes ( 4 back to back sessions) which is ideal for intensives, private practices, groups, etc.

What can I expect?

Sessions are interactive and collaborative. We identify your goals, unpack challenges, and create actionable strategies you can implement immediately. Expect a mix of reflection, guidance, and practical tools designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Our goal is to not talk “at” you, but invite collaboration and feedback where we build goals that meet your needs, and adjust accordingly over time as you achieve your professional milestones.

individual + group options

Standard sessions $200/50 min. We welcome splitting sessions among up to 5 participants for group consulting. Sliding scale rates are available for students.

I’m not a Christian….in fact, I’ve been quite wounded by the faith. Can we still work together?

You don’t have to share our faith values to work with us.
If you’ve been hurt by religious spaces or feel cautious about mixing faith and professionalism, you’re welcome here. the re:co approach centers on compassion, competence in a variety of religious and non-religious affiliations, a commitment to authenticity, and respect for your story—not conversion or doctrine.
