I’ve been there, too.

I didn’t take the straight path into this field—I carved my own.

I was the nontraditional student, the first in my family to do college, the one who kept packing up and starting over while trying to figure out. I learned to build belonging wherever I landed. For years, I wrestled with feeling “less than” next to colleagues who seemed more polished or put-together.

Today, I use those experiences to empower other professionals—whether they’re just starting out, rebuilding, or already assured of who they are and where they’re going—to show up confidently.

over the years, and by a lot of trial and error, I learned something: there’s power in being the one who doesn’t blend in.

because of what i’ve learned, and the incredible colleagues i surround myself with, I lend my expertise and experience to brilliant clients like you—students, new grads, and seasoned pros— as you ditch comparison traps and hustle culture to own your story, and lead with what makes you real….Because we don’t need to fit in to make an impact.

I bring a diverse, multidisciplinary background to consulting that equips me to meet mental health professionals wherever they are in their journey. My experience spans clinical practice, nonprofit work, trauma treatment, wellness coaching, mediation, and board-certified Christian approaches—giving me the tools to help you navigate complex professional and personal challenges.
