Fidelia Asante-Ansong, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Medication Management

Fidelia Asante-Ansong is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, holding a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health care.

With over 10 years of experience across emergency care, integrated care and case management, and mental health nursing across the lifespan, Fidelia brings clinical depth and a grounded, whole-person approach to psychiatric medication management. She provides care for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and sexual health concerns, with a Christian faith-integrated approach available for clients who want their care to reflect their values.

Fidelia provides medication management as part of The Reclaimed Collective's wrap-around model of care, working in coordination with your therapist. For clients already in therapy with us, medication management and therapy appointments can be scheduled back to back — saving time while keeping your treatment connected. She also offers equity-based pricing for clients seeking medication management support.

Fidelia sees clients throughout the greater Houston area, including West Houston, Katy, and the Heights, with telehealth appointments available across Texas.

At The Reclaimed Collective, we believe mental health care is a right, not a privilege. Fidelia's work directly supports our equity-driven mission by expanding access for individuals and communities historically underserved by traditional psychiatric systems. As we grow, we will continue to prioritize:

  • Culturally responsive, stigma-free care

  • Flexible access points for clients facing systemic barriers

  • A clinical team that reflects and understands the communities it serves

Care That Meets People Where They Are

Fidelia's approach centers the whole person, not just a diagnosis. She partners with clients to build sustainable, judgment-free paths toward stability, recognizing that mental health care must reflect the lived realities of the communities it serves. For many clients, that means care that acknowledges systemic barriers, cultural context, and the everyday pressures that shape mental wellness.
