Impact that’s more than a career-it’s a commitment
This is not just what I do—it’s how I show up. My story, training, and clinical work are grounded in advocacy, collaboration, and the belief that relational care can change outcomes for individuals and families navigating complex systems + beliefs.
I approach my work with cultural humility and a deep respect for the diverse identities and lived experiences my clients bring into the room. Whether you’re navigating generational expectations, systemic barriers, identity exploration, or the lasting impact of trauma, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to be fully yourself.
In our work together, I focus on helping you build emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with your strengths. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start—just a willingness to show up as you are.
This is a space where you are met with care, not judgment. Where your story matters. And where healing can happen at your pace.
I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to translate who you are—your language, your culture, your experiences, or your identity.
I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist, and I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, stress, and life transitions. My background includes providing mental health support in high schools and correctional settings, where I’ve helped individuals through crisis, emotional overwhelm, and significant life disruptions. These experiences have shaped the way I show up in therapy—with steadiness, respect, and an understanding of how systems and environments impact our mental health.
