Real conversations. Meaningful connection. A reminder that nobody has to do life alone.

November is Men’s Mental Health Month and Suicide Prevention Month. Join:

Elizabeth Westbrook, LCSW, NPT-C, ABCST Sex Therapy Associate under consultation and Owner of The Reclaimed Collective,

Ryan Orbin, Executive Director of Manna House,

CaSandra Runnels, Hangar Unity Center Director,

Melissa B., Reclaimed Collective Student Intern

and Carson Lane, Texas A&M - Victoria Counseling Student Intern

for a free opportunity to eat, connect, learn, and have honest conversations about men's mental health, suicide prevention, and the power of showing up for one another.

Whether you're a teen navigating the pressures of growing up, a man balancing the expectations of life, or someone who wants to better understand how to support the boys and men in your life, this event is for you.

We're creating a space where showing up is enough, asking for help is a strength, and connection can make a difference.

Come for the food. Stay for the conversation. Leave knowing you're not alone.

What to Expect

This isn't your typical mental health event. We're bringing together teen boys and men for an engaging, approachable experience centered on connection, conversation, and practical tools for mental wellness. Cultivating relationships between generations-this event brings together men of all ages, backgrounds, religious, and political views to unite in the name of supporting one another through November and beyond.

CONNECT

Break the ice, meet others, and explore what connection looks like in everyday life. We'll challenge the idea that being strong means handling everything alone.

CONVERSATE

Let's talk about the things that don't always get talked about. From stress and emotional health to relationships, masculinity, sex, and suicide prevention, we're making room for real conversations without judgment.

EQUIP

Walk away with practical ways to recognize when someone may be struggling, check in with a friend, access support, and build healthier connections.

Who Should Attend?

This event is specifically designed for:

  • Teen boys

  • Young men

  • Adult men

  • Fathers, mentors, and male caregivers

Whether mental health is something you talk about openly or something you've never really discussed, there's a place for you here.

You don't need to have the right words. You don't need to know what to expect. You don't need to have everything figured out.

Just show up.

Because sometimes, the most important thing we can do for someone's mental health is remind them that they don't have to do life alone.

Connection is prevention.
